Electronic Engine Analysis and Tune-Up

• test battery and clean connections
• check engine compression
• inspect, clean/re-gap or replace spark plugs
• test resistance of high tension cables (spark plug wires)
• inspect distributor cap and rotor
• check vacuum advance operation
• reset ignition timing
• service air cleaner, replace if necessary
• inspect choke operation and adjust if necessary
• check operation of EGR valve
• clean or renew P.C.V. valve, hoses, and filter
• check evaporation canister and filter, replace if necessary
