Cooling System Service and Repair

• visual check of cooling system for indications of leaks or excessive oil content
• pressure check the cooling system for internal and external leaks
• check crankcase and automatic transmission oil for water content
• test coolant thermostat with radiator thermometer
• drain system and flush
• check fan blades and pulleys for alignment and damage

Cooling System Winterization

• run engine to check for leaks
• tighten all hose connections
• test radiator and pressure cap
• drain radiator and engine block
• add antifreeze and refill system

  Air Conditioning Service and Repair

• R12 and R134 refrigerant
• pressure test system
• clean condenser fins
• adjust drive belt tension
• check antifreeze/coolant
• tighten condenser and evaporator mounts, tighten compressor mounts
• inspect system for leaks (hoses, couplings, valves, etc.)
• evacuate and charge system
• NOTE: all refrigerant is recycled according to local environmental laws
